- 1 Cucumber, large
- 3 cups Greek yogurt, plain, full-fat
- 3 cloves Garlic, large, fincy minced
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Dill, finny minced
Directions

1Finly grate cucumber and squeeze out the water using hands or cheesecloth

2Combine yogurt, garlic, oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand at least 24 hours for best results.

3Add cucumber and fresh dill to the yogurt mixture and stir. Serve slightly chilled.
