  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

    Peel and de-seed 1/2 a cucumber.

    Use a cheese grater to shred cucumber.

    Add Mint, Dill and Salt to taste.

    Blend yogurt and herbs with a fork.

    Let flavors meld for 30 min.

    Use with souvlaki, gyros or with pita points.
