5 steps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1-1/2 stick Butter, Chilled And Cut Into Small Cubes
  • 1 cup Tzatziki
  • 2 whole Eggs, Divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. 2
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add in butter and put bowl into the freezer for about 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and, using your hands, break up the butter until it's the size of small peas in the flour.
  3. 3
In a small bowl mix together tzatziki and 1 egg and then add it into the flour mixture, mixing until just combined (do not over mix).
  4. 4
Knead the dough into one solid ball. Using your hands or an ice cream scoop, roll pieces of dough into a ball and put them on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet a couple inches apart. Press on the balls of dough with your hands to about 1-inch thickness.
  5. 5
Create an egg wash by beating the other egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a cup or small bowl. Brush egg wash on top of biscuits. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until biscuits are light golden brown on top.
