  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 3 oz udon noodles
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp dried whole leaf oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

    Cut sausage into medallions put into frying pan with oil

    Chop green onions put in with sausage

    Add sambal oelek, stir in let simmer 2 minutes

    Add udon noodles, salt, garlic let noodles absorb flavors add water after 2 minutes

    Turn off heat add sour cream stir in well, add add cilantro stir and serve enjoy
