Ingredients
- 1 serving's worth Boiled udon
- 3 slice -1 1/2 rashers of regular bacon) Half-strip of bacon
- 1 Shimeji mushrooms
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 Olive oil
- 2 cm's worth Grated garlic
- 1 Salt
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces.

2Combine the ingredients marked and mix well.

3Coat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the garlic.

4When the garlic has become fragrant, add and fry the bacon and mushrooms.

5When cooked through, add the milk and season with salt and pepper.

6Wash the udon noodles to remove their starchiness.

7Strain and add to the frying pan.

8Add the ingredients marked and mix until it is a suitable firmness.

9Transfer to a serving bowl, season with black pepper, and it's done.
