  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. mongo sprouts
  • 1 c. tofu, cut into squares
  • 1 c. squash, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 c. ground beef

    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, m.s.g. and pepper. Beat egg until foamy.
