- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. mongo sprouts
- 1 c. tofu, cut into squares
- 1 c. squash, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 c. ground beef
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, m.s.g. and pepper. Beat egg until foamy.

4Add mongo sprouts, tofu, squash and green onion.
