Ingredients
- 500 grams Minced Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Pepper
- 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- 175 ml Red Wine
- 400 grams Kidney Beans
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika (or chipotle flakes)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Fresh Chilli (or up to 4 if you like it hot!)
Directions

1Brown the mince in a little oil.

2Once brown, add the wine and allow the alcohol to bubble off (should take about 2 minutes).

3Now add everything except the kidney beans.

4Stir, cover and leave on a low heat for as long as your patience allows, but at least 30 minutes.

5I tend to give it a couple of hours.

6Stir occasionally.

7Stir in the kidney beans and cook for a further 15 minutes.

8Serve and enjoy!

9I generally serve it with rice.
