  • 1 pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. lite sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips

    Place all ingredients except chips in bowl.

    Beat at low speed to moisten.

    Beat at medium speed until creamy.

    Fold in chocolate chips.

    Grease tube or Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Dust with confectioners sugar.
