  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

Directions

    Separate egg whites from yolkes.

    Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks then add sugar and beat back to soft peaks.

    Beat egg yokes and nutmeg.

    Refrigerate egg whites and yokes.

    Slightly whip cream until it just starts to thicken.

    Beat in egg white sugar mixture and refrigerate.
  7. 7
    Just before serving beat in egg yoke and nutmeg and serve immediately.
