- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
Directions

1Separate egg whites from yolkes.

2Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks then add sugar and beat back to soft peaks.

3Beat egg yokes and nutmeg.

4Refrigerate egg whites and yokes.

5Slightly whip cream until it just starts to thicken.

6Beat in egg white sugar mixture and refrigerate.

7Just before serving beat in egg yoke and nutmeg and serve immediately.
