  • 8 Medium to large white
  • potatoes peeled and quatered
  • 1/2 cup of 10% cream
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 4-8 cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Can of Campbell's Chicken Broth with Garlic & Herbs
  • Water
  • Salt and peper

Directions

    Place potatoes in pot and add chicken broth and garlic. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil for 20-25 mins or until tender.

    Drain potato water into a sealable container for later use.

    Mash potatoes and garlic cloves together while adding cream and butter.

    Mash until creamy - adding salt and pepper to taste.

    Potato water can be used to make gravies and bread! This saves well in the freezer - but only a week in the fridge!
