  • 1 prepared pizza dough (we get ours from Publix already rolled out)
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/3 lb boars head sweet slice ham (or your favorite ham)
  • 1/3 lb boars head hard salami (or your favorite salami)
  • 1/2 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb slice provolone cheese
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 medium roasted ed pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • italian seasoning
  • fresh shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 small handful cornmeal (separated, you will use corn meal twice)
