Ingredients: 2 lbs hamburger, browned; 1 onion, diced; 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry ranch dressing mix; 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning; 2 (16 ounce) cans ranch style beans; 2 (16 ounce) cans diced stewed tomatoes; 2 (16 ounce) cans hominy, drained; 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies; 2 -3 cups water

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
2 -3 cups water

In a large pot brown the hamburger and onion. mix in the ranch and taco seasonings. stir well. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer them for 1 hour. serve over corn chips and top with cheese.
