  • 1 avocado- pitted and sliced lengthwise

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
