- 1 12 cups hot sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons cajun spices
- 12 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 34 tablespoon garlic powder
- oil, for frying

1Combine hot sauce, and Cajun spice, pepper and garlic powder.

2Mix well and cover wings.

3Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

4Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep sided pot to 350 degrees F.

5Remove wings from marinade and drain off excess moisture.

6Add wings carefully and in batches to hot oil, it splatters.

7Cook until crispy about 10 minutes.
