  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 9 ripe peaches
  • baked pie shell
  • 1 pt. heavy cream

Directions

    Mix cornstarch and sugar; add to 1 cup water and cook until clear and thickened.

    Add lemon juice to mixture; add sliced, peeled peaches to mixture.
