- 6 red bell peppers
- 4 large onions
- 1 large head cabbage
- 6 tsp. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 qt. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Grind vegetables with coarse blade.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Let stand overnight.

4Drain off all juice.

5Cover with sugar, celery seed, apple cider vinegar and prepared mustard.

6Mix all together. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
