  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. taco mixture
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Fry hamburger, adding seasoning of your choice.

    Drain.

    Put into electric fryer.

    Put can of tomatoes and can of green beans with hamburger.

    While that is cooking on medium heat, cook rice on stove.

    Add 1 package taco mixture and water (according to directions on taco mixture) to hamburger.

    When rice is done, put in with hamburger mixture.

    Cook 1/2 hour.

    Add 1 package Cheddar cheese to top.

    Cover until melted.
