- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco mixture
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can green beans
- 2 c. rice
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry hamburger, adding seasoning of your choice.

2Drain.

3Put into electric fryer.

4Put can of tomatoes and can of green beans with hamburger.

5While that is cooking on medium heat, cook rice on stove.

6Add 1 package taco mixture and water (according to directions on taco mixture) to hamburger.

7When rice is done, put in with hamburger mixture.

8Cook 1/2 hour.

9Add 1 package Cheddar cheese to top.

10Cover until melted.
