  • 6 whole Roma Tomatoes, Cut Into Cubes
  • 3 whole Serrano Chilies, Stemmed, Seeded, And Chopped
  • 6 whole Radishes, Thinly Sliced Then Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Corn Kernels, Lightly Steamed
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1 bag Your Favorite Tortilla Chips

    Into a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients (except the chips) and mix well.

    Taste and season with salt and pepper.

    Place the mixture in your serving dish and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
