  • 2 1/2 c. berries, without juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. sifted flour (plain)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder (no kiddin', 2 Tbsp.)

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients and add to the first mixture.

    Add 2 tablespoons more milk.
