- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sifted flour (plain)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder (no kiddin', 2 Tbsp.)
Directions

1Mix oil, egg and milk.

2Sift dry ingredients and add to the first mixture.

3Add 2 tablespoons more milk.
