- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed or sliced pineapple (apricots or peaches may be used)
- 1 white cake mix
Directions

1Melt butter and brown sugar in 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

2Drain pineapple.

3Arrange fruit on mixture in pan. Mix cake mix into batter following directions on box.

4Pour over fruit.

5Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Invert on plate.

7Let syrup drain onto cake before removing pan.
