Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt and chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. cheese, cut in small cubes
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cook meat, onion and green pepper in skillet until meat is done.

3Stir in flour, tomato paste and spices.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in cheese and olives.

6Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Prepare your favorite cornbread recipe and spread over top.

8Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

9Let stand 5 minutes.

10Loosen edges.

11Invert and serve immediately.

12Sour cream, cottage cheese or guacamole compliment nicely.
