- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 3/4 c. diced ham
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. Nabisco cracker meal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1In bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate, blend spinach, cheese, ham and onion; press lightly.

2In medium bowl, combine cracker meal and baking powder.

3Cut in margarine until crumbly.

4Add eggs and milk; beat until blended.

5Pour over spinach mixture, spreading evenly.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
