- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 slices canned pineapple
- 2 c. cooked, ground ham
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. minced onion
Directions

1Blend Crisco and sugar; spread over bottom of 8-inch skillet. Place pineapple on sugar.

2Combine ham, eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, onion and salt.

3Pack in skillet over sugar and pineapple.

4Cover and cook over very low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Turn out on a large plate.
