- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 envelope spaghetti mix
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onions.

2Drain and add spaghetti mix and tomato sauce.

3Simmer gently.

4Spread meat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Layer cheese and sour cream.

6Top with crescent rolls; brush with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
