  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 large can milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. melted butter

    Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, milk and eggs.

    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle cake mix on top; add nuts.
