- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. superfine sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Cream the butter.

2Beat in cream and vanilla.

3Sift together the flour and superfine sugar.

4Add this gradually to the creamed mixture.

5Mix in the chopped walnuts or pecans.

6Chill.

7Pinch off in pieces and roll into small balls.

8Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.

9Bake in moderately slow oven, 325°, for 20 minutes.

10Take from baking sheet and roll in vanilla sugar. Yield:
