- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan, add milk.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.

3Beat a small amount into egg yolk, stir into hot mixture.

4Cook and stir 1 minute.

5Add vanilla and cool.

6Whip cream and fold into cooled pudding.
