- 1 12 cups self raising flour
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 34 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 18 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 C / 350C Sift dry ingredients.

2Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy for about 5 minutes.

3Add in eggs one at a time leaving about 30 -60 seconds between each.

4After 4 eggs, beat further till the sugar is dissolved.

5Fold in dry ingredients alternating with liquid (milk) in 3 parts.

6Means you add in 1/3 flour, fold, 1/3 milk and 1/3 flour.continue.

7Fill cupcakes 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes or till skewer comes out clean.
