Ingredients

  • 1 c. soda crackers, crushed
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 bowl Cool Whip or 2 c. whipped cream
  • 2 frozen Butterfinger candy bars

Directions

    Crush crackers and blend in melted butter to make crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Reserve 2/3 cup crumb mixture for topping.

    Chill crust while mixing pudding mix, milk and softened ice cream. Spread over crust.

    Chill until partly firm and cover with Cool Whip.

    Crush candy bars and sprinkle on top.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
