Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. milk
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix 4 egg yolks with sugar in saucepan.

2Add 1 quart milk and pinch of salt.

3Heat until sugar is dissolved.

4Cool.

5Place cooled mixture in ice cream freezer container.

6Add pudding, evaporated milk, beaten egg whites and vanilla.

7Mix well and fill container with milk.

8Freeze ice cream.
