  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. heavy cream or half and half
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour in saucepan.

    Beat eggs and add milk and salt to dry ingredients.

    Cook until mixture begins to thicken, remove and chill.

    Add vanilla and cream, then freeze in freezer.

    Makes 1/2 gallon.
