Vanilla Ice Cream(Refrigerator Method)

- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. Karo syrup (red label)
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Beat eggs in a large bowl until foamy; gradually add sugar and syrup.

2Beat until thick.

3Stir in cream, milk and vanilla flavoring.

4Pour into freezer tray for 1 hour or until firm. After 1 hour in freezer, put into chilled bowl.

5Cut apart and beat until smooth.

6Return to tray and freeze again until firm. Yields 1 quart.
