Vanilla Latte Mousse

   In a small bowl, combine the instant cappuccino powder and hot water; stir until dissolved.

   Whisk in pudding mix and milk until well combined.

   Whisk in cool whip.

   Line up glasses and add mousse to each glass.

   Top each dessert with a dab of cool whip.
