  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

    whip the cream until stiff In a large bowl using an electric mixer, or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth, and then blend in the maple syrup and vanilla.
