- 2 tbsp. natural sugar sweetener, such as agave
- 1 vanilla pod, split

1Place the rice in a saucepan with the milk, sweetener, and vanilla pod. Bring to a boil; reduce the heat, and simmer gently for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently until the rice is creamy and tender. Remove from the heat, and serve warm or cold.
