- 4 c. (2% low-fat or fat-free) milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor pudding (not instant)
- 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. nuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Stir milk and egg into pudding; mix in saucepan.

2Add rice, raisins and nuts.

3Stir over medium heat until comes to boil. Cool 5 minutes.

4Stir twice.

5Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

7Serve warm or refrigerate.

8Place plastic wrap on pudding while cooling.
