  • 1 lb. cubed, boneless veal
  • 1 can (32 oz.) tomatoes
  • 1 to 1 1/2 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Lightly oil 4-quart pan.

    Brown meat.

    Add tomatoes, oregano, thyme, cloves and cinnamon.

    If thick, add some water.

    Simmer 2 hours or until veal is tender, then add peppers.

    Cook 1/2 hour more.

    Serve over wide noodles.
