- 1 lb. cubed, boneless veal
- 1 can (32 oz.) tomatoes
- 1 to 1 1/2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Lightly oil 4-quart pan.

2Brown meat.

3Add tomatoes, oregano, thyme, cloves and cinnamon.

4If thick, add some water.

5Simmer 2 hours or until veal is tender, then add peppers.

6Cook 1/2 hour more.

7Serve over wide noodles.
