- 2 lb. veal, cut in bite size pieces
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large peppers, sliced
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 c. water
- 1 can Spanish sauce (16 oz.)
- 1/4 c. sherry (optional)
Directions

1Brown meat in 3 tablespoons oil. Add sauce and seasonings, stir.

2Add the vegetables, cover and cook until meat is white and tender.

3Uncover last 15 minutes.

4Add wine.

5Serve on noodles, rice or side dish with potatoes.
