Veal Chassuer

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 lb. scallopini veal
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. Madeira sauce
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Hunter sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon

Directions

    Dredge veal in flour.

    Saute in olive oil.

    Brown on both sides.

    Add mushrooms and shallots until wilted.

    Add Madeira sauce, 1 1/2 cups water, tomato paste and sauce mix.

    Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Add tarragon.
