- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water (may not need)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in butter.

2Place in a shallow pan.

3Stir together flour and drippings until thick.

4Add milk, water and chicken broth.

5Stir until smooth.

6Add wine and mix.
-
7Pour over meat. Arrange cheese on top.

8Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
