  • 6 slices veal cutlet, pounded
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water (may not need)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

    Brown meat in butter.

    Place in a shallow pan.

    Stir together flour and drippings until thick.

    Add milk, water and chicken broth.

    Stir until smooth.

    Add wine and mix.

    Pour over meat. Arrange cheese on top.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
