- 2 1/2 lb. veal
- 1/2 lb. fresh pork
- 1/2 c. top milk or cream
- sage
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. rolled crackers
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- onion seasoning
Directions

1Grind meat.

2Blend all ingredients.

3Bake, uncovered, in 2 loaves.

4Baste with hot water to which little butter has been added.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours.

6Or bake in 1 loaf about 2 hours, uncovered.

7Before baking, brush top with slightly beaten egg whites.

8Serve hot or cold.
