- 2 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended, using a large spoon or your hands.

3Press into a loaf pan.

4Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

5Uncover and bake 20 minutes more to brown the top.
