Ingredients
- 2 lb. veal, cubed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Season approximately 1/2 cup flour with salt and pepper. Place in paper bag.

2Add veal cubes; shake, holding top of bag closed, until veal is well covered.

3Add floured veal to melted butter and brown.

4Stir in water, onions and paprika.

5Turn down heat so that meat and gravy mixture in pan barely bubbles.

6Cover and cook 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary to prevent sticking.

7Add hot gravy slowly to sour cream, stirring to prevent curdling.

8Return to skillet of meat.

9Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
