- 4 (3 oz.) pieces veal
- flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 apple, cut in wedges
- 1/4 c. roasted pecans
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Coat veal with flour.

2In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

3Add veal; cook about 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

4Add apples and pecans.

5Cook and stir until apples are tender-crisp.

6Add honey and brown sugar.

7Cook and stir until warm.

8Can serve on large croutons by cutting out white bread with large cookie cutter, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake on cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350°.
