- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. veal cutlets
- 1/4 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons
Directions

1Dip veal in flour.

2Brown on both sides over high heat.

3Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

4Shake skillet.

5Add lemon juice and parsley.

6Cook 1 minute.

7Stir well.

8Arrange on plates. Spoon sauce over veal.
