  • 1 lb. ground veal (if not available, use baby beef)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • small cut macaroni

    Saute garlic, veal and parsley. Brown lightly.

    Add tomato sauce and water.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Drain and serve with sauce.
