  • 8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2 lb. Veal cutlets
  • 1 pkg. Au jus sauce mix
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • butter
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
