- 3 lbs veal stew meat
- flour
- salt
- nutmeg
- butter
- olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 lb baby carrots
Directions

1Dredge veal in flour seasoned with salt and nutmeg.

2Brown in butter and oil in preheated skillet.

3Place carrots in crockpot.

4Add browned veal, onions and stock.

5Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours.
