- 1 lb. small new potatoes
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
Directions

1Cut bell pepper, onion and mushrooms in half or fourths, depending on size.

2Place all veggies on sticks in random, about 2 each of every veggie.

3Place in foil pan.

4Veggie sticks can be stacked on top of each other.

5Melt butter.

6Pour over veggies, making sure all have been basted.

7Along with butter in bottom of pan, pour some water for steaming.

8Cover with foil, leaving ends open a little.

9Place on grill over medium heat until tender.

10You can also place 2 or 3 shrimp on each stick if desired, uncooked and peeled.
