  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cups Agave Nectar
  • 2 Tablespoons Spectrum Vegan Shortening
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

    In a small bowl combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.

    In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, agave, shortening and vanilla with a hand blender.

    Blend dry ingredients into wet with a hand blender until well combined.

    Scoop dough 1 tablespoon at a time onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
